Front Rank Figurines offer discounts for larger orders. We offer these discounts all year and they apply to all our figurines including our Battalion and Special Deal packs, excluding the OptiVISOR®

10% OFF figurines valued £150.00 and over.
15% OFF figurines valued £300.00 and over.

Postage and packing rates for our figurines

The postage and packing rate is calculated on the order value before any applicable discount or VAT is deducted.

Rates for U.K. and BFPO

Orders to the value of £25.00 cost of p&p is £3.00.
Orders valued £25.01 to £79.99 cost of p&p is 12%.
Orders valued £80.00 and over the cost of p&p is £9.60

Rates for Overseas

Minimum p&p cost is £4.50 for all overseas countries.
EUROPE EU: Cost of p&p is 20%
USA and CANADA: Cost of p&p is 25%
AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND and REST OF WORLD: Cost of p&p is 30%
For overseas orders over £300.00 we will either refund your card or issue a credit note to refund the difference between the actual postage cost and the % paid for p&p.

OptiVisor: p&p is not applicable.

Customers and not Front Rank Figurines are responsible for any applicable duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.

We reserve the right to change our postage and packing rates without notice.

Method of dispatch

UK orders weighing less than two kilograms are dispatched using Royal Mail first class. UK orders weighing over two kilograms the order is dispatched using Parcelforce 48 hour service which is a tracked service and a signature is required on delivery.
Overseas orders weighing less than two kilograms are dispatched Airmail Royal Mail. Overseas orders weighing over two kilograms orders are dispatched using either Parcelforce Euro 48 hour or Scheduled service dependent on the destination country, these are tracked services and require a signature on delivery.

Methods of payment

Payments via this website will be by Credit or Debit card processed in pounds sterling (credit cards sales will be charged in your local billing currency by your credit card provider). Credit or Debit card transactions via this website will be processed by our payment solution provider (PSP) Protx who perform industry-standard Address Verification System (AVS) and Card Verification Value (CVV) checks to prevent credit card fraud. More information on Protx can be found at http://www.protx.com. Any payment details processed by Protx will not be seen by us or stored on our server. In accordance with the UK Data Protection ACT your details will not be disclosed in any way to a third party, all details will remain strictly private.

If you place an order by methods other than via our web site, Credit and Debit Card transactions are processed securely by HSBC card holder not present terminal. You can also send a Cheque, Postal Order or Bankers’ Draft separately to us which must be drawn in UK Pounds Sterling. Cheques will be cleared before goods are dispatched. Cheques, postal orders and bank drafts should be made payable to Front Rank Figurines Ltd.

Goods will not be shipped unless payment is received in full, including delivery charges.

Product information

All our figurines are supplied unpainted and unassembled if not cast as a single piece.

All Standard Bearers, Lancers, Pikemen and Pavesiers and other open handed figures are supplied with a pole. If eagles, tassels, pennons, weapons etc are required these should be ordered separately, please refer to the relevant equipment section.

Horses need to be ordered separately for all individual mounted figures unless they are a single piece casting.
Horses and Oxen are not supplied with wagons etc and should be ordered separately.
